I had a lot of ups and downs over the last few months with the recovery of my knee. Sometimes it was hurting without any reason and it took me a while to get the full extension and because of my bone and cartilage damage I had to wait a bunch of time till I could start running. I spent a lot of time at Salzburg at the Red Bull Trainingscenter where I got the perfect treatment and since a month I can finally do the full training.
Now six months went by since I had the surgery and yesterday I had the final control at the Klinik of Innsbruck with Doc. Rosenberger. He was super happy about it and gave me the OK to go to New Zealand this summer! HELL YEAH!!
